Innersights Professional Holistic Training runs courses in a number of Therapies which are credited by ITEC and other professional bodies such as the Guild of Holistic Therapies.

ITEC Credited Courses include:
Holistic Massage
Sports Massage
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Anatomy & Physiology/Pathology

These courses are designed for those seeking a professional qualification which would enable them to work in a Health Clinic, Health Club or set up a Private Practice. The classes run on a part-time basis during the day, evenings or weekends. The number of students in a class is limited to 8 or 10 thus ensuring one-to-one tuition.

Continued Professional Development (CPD) Courses, required by professional associations, are also held over one or two days. These include Holistic Massage, Advanced  Massage Techniques, Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage and Lymphatic Drainage Massage.

Introductory Courses are run for those who want to learn Basic Massage or revise some techniques already acquired. They are suitable for those who are not seeking a qualification but would like to explore massage as a treatment to share with friends and family or to take up on a more professional basis later on.

All courses are held at the Yoga Ananda Centre which provides a very spacious and relaxing atmosphere. Tutors are all professional and qualified with many years of experience both as tutors and practitioners.
